How every portal, proposal and email looks. Add a brand for each identity you sell under — most organisations have just one.
Every property, destination, restaurant and activity you can put in a portal. This is structured content, not pages — the portal builds the layout itself. You edit the facts and the words; you never lay out a page.
Nothing matches.
The default section order for new proposals. Drag to reorder, hide a section with the eye, or add your own. One row — Properties & destinations — is locked: it's where each trip's stops get inserted, so it can move but not be removed.
A mock of the proposal in this order. Hidden sections drop out; the locked block expands per stop.
Items grouped by when they're needed. Everything in a bucket appears on a trip that matches the bucket's condition — “Safari days” shows only when there's a safari stop. Drag an item between buckets, or add your own.
The entry, health, money and getting-around cards the portal shows a traveller. Each card appears when its condition matches the trip — shown on the left of every row.
Shown in the portal's Questions section, the same on every trip. Edit any answer inline, drag the arrows to reorder, and add or remove questions.
Where every new portal starts. An advisor can override any of these on a single trip — this is just the sensible starting point so most portals need no touching.
The people a portal puts in front of a traveller. Each portal shows its trip's owner.
Your people, and whether each has a profile yet. A profile is the portrait and pull-quote a person shows travellers on their trips — set one up or edit it below.
How travellers reach you, and the local emergency numbers shown on every trip.
Whatever your travellers should be able to reach — a duty line, a WhatsApp, an office, an email. Add as many or as few as you like; drag to set the order they appear.
Local emergency numbers show on the traveller's Info screen for every country on the trip. Magic Safari maintains these and keeps them current, so they're not editable here.
